You think APOM is on the fence? He is a very firm supporter/defender of MJs innocence..That is one very vocal person that I have asked to come here.

Many do not even post they just became members and posted 2 times...You would never know who they were.

How many threads are about MJ and his allegations that I have posted honestly Smooth?

I linked Wades blog and stated my feelings on it.. 99 percent of my posts as you well know are about music, live shows, lyrics and the enigma that was MJ and his life... Far removed from his other issues.....So I think your post if it is aimed at me is moot.

    .

You and I were always cool at least from what I had thought so it is odd to think you really believe I am a sock.

I don't know. I'm just noticing patterns in the way certain people post and it's very strange.

I think the 05 trial has been broken down time and time again. Though it's been awhile since I've gone over it, the case was clear back then. Jackson had attracted a mucher family. I feel for the kid's fight with cancer, but the Arvizio's changed their tune when Sneddon approached them after the Bashir interview. I'm still surprised they tried to build a case off the thing given the facts. I'm not surprised Sneddon went after him though, given 1993.

On reflecting back, it was just a sad time. It brought out an ugliness in a lot of people I think. I was 11 in 2005 and grew up with his music, so I was just bummed about it all. Jackson had become a laughing stock in America (at least in class) it all just seemed crazy and had a bi-polar element to it, the two extremes of King of Pop and accussed child molester. It soured me on journalistic integrity in the USA for a long long time. I believe he was innocent of those charges, and was acquitted by a jury/court of law.

On Michael and the allegations: it's very heartbreaking. And I think given the recent threads here on MaxJax (and my couple of comments within them) I find the better thing to ruminate on is Jackson's musical output and the works related to them. I've got my own beliefs when in comes to a lot of other situations, but delving into this aspect of MJ's life has led to few if any constructive discussions for me. It's just too depressing.

What I've learned from it all is simple: child abuse victims deserve to be heard whether you belive them or not, give them that chance. And don't impede on others happiness to assauge your own doubt when they clearly hold a differing opinion. The public forum being utilized needs to be taken into account before airing potentially turbulent comments.

Only reason it is weird is the level of desperation that some folks here have sunk to...If they have no argument or points to make they make up ****(that a year old member who you all know is now a sock) all this with the thought that it will silence people..Might scare some away or keep them in PMs with me..Does not faze me though... This thread if looked at by someone on the fence even if a fan...They would think WHY are these people saying these things? WHAT are they trying to hide or force under the radar? That is what this thread does in reality.

These are all of the same tactics that every other board uses in the name of The LOVE ARMY POLICE..Instead of complaining report,report,report...Keep doing so..Maybe it will work? Maybe Barb can check the IPs?? I wish you much luck.....

We're just saying that if you think MJ slept with children maybe you shouldn't come on fan forum celebrating him and expect great responses.

    Exactly.

It's like if they say "I hate Michael Jackson" and the only response that you can come up with is:

I was a king under your control...

The jurors didn't even believe the Arvizos either and they did get caught lying on the stand under oath.

An example of that was Star Arvizo under cross examination by TMez confirming a specific porn mag was shown to him by Michael Jackson.

Only problem was the magazine was dated well AFTER the Arvizos left Neverland.

    That's just an example.

Now to catch up on other things.
"Because we do not know when we will die, we get to think of life as an inexhaustible well. Yet everything happens a certain number of times, and a very small number, really. How many more times will you remember a certain afternoon of your childhood, some afternoon that is so deeply a part of your being that you can't even concieve of your life without it? Perhaps four or five times more. Perhaps not even that. How many times will you watch the full moon rise? Perhaps twenty. And yet it all seems limitless." - Brandon Lee

Well, yeah, I think he simply meant a Barely Legal magazine, not that exact number. Jackson's defenders won't hear that though. Seems like Mesereau pulled a trick on him, but I'm not sure what exactly happened.

I'm not sure why thats important considering it was not the pornmagazine from Jackson's bedroom they found his fingerprints on. That I would say is still pretty damning.

Why was my Cascio tracks-thread removed by the way? Or at least moved into a forum not accessible anymore?
